Yet, by great efforts by authors, this book becomes an excellent study guide for law students. I bought this book and a similar book, Mcormick's evidence, to understand my evidence case book, but this book was better, because Mcormick's evidence omits citation of case|About the Author|Professor of Law, William Rains Fellow, Loyola Law School, Los Angeles
