This book is the the worst casebook I've had in law school (by a large margin), and is actually the worst textbook I've ever read in my life. It is so poorly written that I'm basically forced to give up on using it almost entirely. I'll still have to brief cases, but will be relying 100% on supplements|About the Author|Teaches property and real estate finance law at the J. Reuben Clark School of Law, Brigham Young University.
