May as well Get a Treatise while your here.|By michael nelson|This is easily the worst casebook I have had so far in organization and content. It loses the forest for the trees in every part. there are no explanatory context to set up the cases anywhere. You basically have to get a secondary treatise, like McCormick, to make sense of this casebook.|About the Author|Received his J.D. magna cum laude in 1973 from Harvard Law School before joining the University of Texas faculty. He coauthors a national casebook on evidence.

This new casebook offers materials that are thorough, brief, and self-sufficient when accompanied by a current copy of the Federal Rules of Evidence. Professor Wellborn has achieved brevity by case selection, rigorous editing, and concise notes. Each chapter covers an article of the Rules. Within chapters and sections, the materials follow the sequence of the Rules, except in a few instances where logic required otherwise.
