May as well Get a Treatise while your here.|By michael nelson|This is easily the worst casebook I have had so far in organization and content. It loses the forest for the trees in every part. there are no explanatory context to set up the cases anywhere. You basically have to get a secondary treatise, like McCormick, to make sense of this casebook.

This concise casebook offers materials that are thorough yet brief, enabling coverage of all the major topics in a three or four credit format. The emphasis is decidedly on primary materials: well-edited principal cases followed by notes that inform the student on important details and developments.
